I paid a deposit in 8 June2013 for a booking in Dec2013.Due to circumstances we decided to cancell the trip and asked for a refund.
Emailed Christoph Tjaimi - 1st date asked - 17June, 2nd date emailed Christoph Tjaimi & email@example.com - 18June ; and asked for a 3rd time on date 11 Aug2013.This time emailing everyone at the Swakopmund municipality including the restcamp people. We have had no response from any one at the rest camp.
We want an answer since we are in our right to cancell way before time and demand our deposit less admin fees.This is bad advertising for the tourism industry in Namibia.
